<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Either sitting down or standing up, take a few conscious breaths to connect. Continue to breathe naturally while maintaining an awareness of your breath.</p>
<p>Envision a bubble of energy surrounding your physical body. Gently rub your palms  together for 30-40 seconds.</p>
<p>Begin to sweep the palms of your hands across your body, starting at your head and moving down to your feet. Keep your hands a couple of inches away from the physical body as you brush through your energetic field.</p>
<p>Imagine that your palms are brushes, untangling any knots and removing any unwanted attachments.</p>
<p>Flow with this sequence for 1-3 minutes, keeping your awareness with your natural flowing breath.</p>
<p>To finish, rub your hands together once again and then relax your arms down by yout sides.</p>
<p>Sit for a few minutes to observe your experience.</p>

Close your eyes or soften your gaze. Place your arms across your chest and tuck your hands under your armpits.</p>
<p>Allow your shoulders to rise up slightly without cramping the muscles in your neck. Continue to breathe slowly and gently through your nose as you hold this posture.</p>
<p>Resist any urge to alter your breathing in any way. Allow your breath to breathe through you with freedom and ease.</p>
<p>Notice when your attention drifts away, gently bring it back to your natural flowing breath.</p>
<p>Practice for up to 3 minutes.</p>
<p>To finish, release your arms down by your sides, sit for a few minutes to observe your experience.</p>

<p>Lengthen through your spine and soften your shoulders away from your ears, close your eyes or soften your gaze.</p>
<p>Place your left palm on the center of your chest and raise your right hand up by your right side. Bring the tips of your index finger and thumb to touch keeping the remaining three fingers pointing up. Inhale deeply, pause briefly at the top whilst slightly raising the chest. Exhale slowly relaxing the chest back to neutral.</p>
<p>Continue this slow and steady cycle of breathing, maintaining the positioning of the hands.</p>
<p>Feel into the heart as you breathe and imagine drawing in a sense of lightness into the body.</p>
<p> Practice for 1-3 minutes.</p>
<p>To finish, release your arms down by your side and take a moment to observe your experience.</p>

<p left;\"="">Start by finding a comfortable sitting position, then, bring your hands up into a praying position, with only the tips of your fingers touching together.</p>
<p>Close your eyes. Let all the tension go and feel your shoulders dropping with relaxation. Take some deep breaths, filling up your chest and stomach.</p>
<p>Bring your attention to the tip of your nose, and each time you breathe in and out, allow the motion of your body to subtly move with your breath.</p>
<p>Place your hands on your thigh/buttox (Tailbone) area, while keeping that rythm of relaxed deep breathing.</p>
<p>In your next breathe in, visualise soft, cleansing white light going in through your nose, travelling down your throat, past your belly, and into your tailbone area - the Root Chakra.</p>
<p>With the next out-breath taken, let’s express: LAM (laaahmm).</p>
<p>Now move your hands to your hip area to honour your Sacaral Chakra.</p>
<p>With the next out-breath taken, let’s express: VAM (vuhmm).</p>
<p>Keep breathing, and as you do, with your next breath out, you see all the stale, stuck and negative energy from these chakras travelling back out and leaving your body.</p>
<p>Breathe in that cleansing light again... Breathe out the stale stuck energy...</p>
<p>Place your hands on your stomach to honour the Solar Plexus Chakra.</p>
<p>With the next out-breath taken, let’s express: RAM (rumm).</p>
<p>Now move your hands to the middle of your chest to honour your Heart Chakra.</p>
<p>With the next out-breath taken, let’s express: YAM (yumm).</p>
<p>Keep breathing, and as you do, with your next breath out, you see all the stale, stuck and negative energy from these chakras travelling back out and leaving your body.</p>
<p>Breathe in that cleansing light again... Breathe out the stale stuck energy...</p>
<p>Very lightly place your hands on your neck to honour your Throat Chakra.</p>
<p>With the next out-breath taken, let’s express: HAM (humm).</p>
<p>Now move your hand to your forehead and lightly place it there to honour your Third Eye Chakra.</p>
<p>With the next out-breath taken, let’s express: OM (ohhmm).</p>
<p>Keep breathing, and as you do, with your next breath out, you see all the stale, stuck and negative energy from these chakras travelling back out and leaving your body.</p>
<p>Breathe in that cleansing light again... Breathe out the stale stuck energy...</p>
<p>Place your hands on the top of your head and visualise a sparkling, beautiful glow of gold emanating from your Crown Chakra.</p>
<p>With the next out-breath taken, let’s express: AUM (ahhmm).</p>
<p>Rest in this healing space for a while. Bring your awareness to the area right in front of your nose.</p>
<p>Gently move your feet or hands.</p>
<p>Open your eyes and smile.</p>

Take a couple of conscious breaths to connect. Now engage your core  slightly pulling your naval toward your spine while keeping your shoulders relaxed. Close your eyes and bring your gaze to rest between your eyebrows. Begin to deepen your inhalation and extend your exhalation. Allow each harmonizing breath to bring your awareness a little bit deeper within. Continue to breathe, maintaining this posture for 1-3 minutes. To finish, release your hands from under your seat and relax your core. Sit for a few minutes allowing your breath to flow freely as you observe your experience</p>

<p>Find a comfortable seat and take a couple of conscious breaths to connect. Lengthen through your spine and soften your shoulders away from your ears. Bring the palm of your hands to touch into a prayer position at the center of your chest. Continue nasal breathing, equalizing your inhale and exhale. Start with the count 4:4 and steadily increase up to 8:8 or a count that feels comfortable for you. Continue to breathe in equal parts for 1-3 mintes, keeping your hands in prayer and your shoulders soft. To finish, take a deep breath in through your nose drawing your prayer up towards the ceiling. As you breathe out, float your arms down to your sides and relax them completely. Sit for another few minites, allowing your breathe to flow freely as you observe your experience.</p>

Continue to breathe in a rhythm that feels comfortable and soothing to your body. Now bring to mind something you are greatful for. Notice the feeling of gratitude filling up your heart as you breathe in. Allow this feeling to spread from your heart into your entire body as you breathe out. invite a subtle smile as the feeling spreads into your face. Allow your imagination to bring to mind more things and people whom you are thankful for. Continue to bathe in gratitude for 1 to 3 minutes. To finish, take a grounding breath in through the nose and out through the mouth. Sit for a few minutes to observe your experience.</p>
