Gratitude
Either sitting comfortably or laying down, take a few conscious breaths to connect. Close your eyes or soften your gaze. Continue to breathe in a rhythm that feels comfortable and soothing to your body. Now bring to mind something you are greatful for. Notice the feeling of gratitude filling up your heart as you breathe in. Allow this feeling to spread from your heart into your entire body as you breathe out. invite a subtle smile as the feeling spreads into your face. Allow your imagination to bring to mind more things and people whom you are thankful for. Continue to bathe in gratitude for 1 to 3 minutes. To finish, take a grounding breath in through the nose and out through the mouth. Sit for a few minutes to observe your experience.
